What Is It?

The VOGE 500DSX is a budget A2 friendly off-road adventure bike and is powered by a Euro 5 compliant liquid cooled 471 cc parallel twin engine which puts out 46.2 bhp at 8,500 rpm and maximum torque at 7,000 rpm.

The VOGE 500 DSX builds on the road focused 500DS with wire-spoked wheels, a 2" larger front wheel, Metzeler Tourance tyres and it's only 1 kg heavier however the seat is 15 mm higher.

The wire-spoked 19" front wheel takes a Metzeler Tourance 110/80 tyre and the rear 17" a 150/70.

Accessories include the Aluminium panniers and topbox (100 litres storage, £300).

It's also called the LX500-K, the "DSX" stands for Dual Sport Off-road and it has a two year warranty. It uses the Loncin KE500 engine which is a Chinese design that's heavily inspired by the Honda CB500X engine. Servicing is every 3,000 miles (4,828 km).
