The Aprilia Tuono V4R is a premium naked bike and is powered by a Euro 4 compliant liquid cooled 999.6 cc V4 engine which puts out 165 bhp at 11,000 rpm and maximum torque at 9,000 rpm.

Features include:

Aluminium frame and swingarm
Dual 320 mm discs up front with Brembo four piston calipers
220 mm disc at the rear with Brembo single piston caliper
Adjustable 43 mm Sachs fork with 120 mm travel
Adjustable Sachs rear piggyback shock with 130 mm travel
Ride modes: Road, Sport, Track
Traction / wheelie / launch control
Slip and assist clutch
Analogue + LCD dash
4->2->1 exhaust system
6 speed gearbox with gear position indicator

The 6-spoke 17" wheels take a Pirelli Diablo Corsa 120/70 tyre at the front and a 190/55 at the rear.

The £1,000 more APRC version adds customisation to the degree of traction / wheelie / launch control and a quickshifter but adds 4 kg to the weight.
