What Is It?
The Yamaha XV1600 Road Star is a premium cruiser. It's powered by an air-cooled 1,602 cc (98 cubic inches) V-Twin engine which puts out 62.6 bhp at 4,000 rpm and maximum torque at just 2,250 rpm.
Features include:
- Belt final drive
- Steel tubular frame and swingarm
- Dual 298 mm discs up front with two piston calipers
- 320 mm disc at the rear with two piston caliper
- Fork with 140 mm travel
- Rear shock with 110 mm travel
- Analogue + LCD dash
- 40 mm Mikuni carb
- Electric starter
- Footboards
- 2->2 exhaust system
- 5 speed gearbox
The wire-spoked 16" front wheel takes a 130/90 tyre and the rear 15" a 150/80.
Accessories include the screen, panniers, pillion backrest and studded seats. The Silverado package adds all of those.
