The Horwin EK1 is a premium scooter with modern styling and is powered by an electric hub motor which puts out 3.8 bhp / 2.8 kW.

Features include:

Equipment is pretty good with LED lighting all round, reverse gear and cruise control.

For storage there's a large glovebox with a USB port, some underseat helmet space and a bag hook on the steering column. There's just enough space under the seat for an open face helmet and the onboard charging port is just below the seat.

The 10-spoke 14" front wheel takes a 100/80 vacuum tyre and the rear 13" a 110/70.

Accessories include the screen, luggage rack, top box, phone mount and a variety of seat / handlebar colours.

Did You Know?

The battery features all the charge protection you would expect, has a two year warranty and is good for 1,000 charging cycles. The bike itself has a three year warranty.

They also do a version called the Elementary Eco with even greener credentials. The body and synthetic seat leather are made from 100% recycled plastic.
