What Is A 125cc Leaner Bike?

There are several licence categories leading up to a full licence, which you can read about here, but the minimum you need to ride a 125cc bike or scooter is the A1 licence. You will then be allowed to ride bikes or scooters up to a maximum of 125cc capacity and 14.8bhp (11kW) in power, although for a trike you're allowed 20.1bhp (15kW).

Most models don't quite make the full 15bhp however those with really advanced engines, like the KTM Duke 125, get really close to the limit and inevitably cost a bit more to buy.
